# Overview

#### **A shortcut to more direct investment**

Launchpad is an investment platform that brings closer connections between investors and developers. K STADIUM has already been investing funds collected in the Community Pool in promising development projects. Nonetheless, the K STADIUM team recognized that there were additional requirements for a more direct investment process. Now, apart from investing in the Community Pool, you can check the detailed information of the project through Launchpad and quickly purchase the project's tokens using your personal funds.

#### **Personal Investment**

K STADIUM carefully selects projects for investment. Projects provided by Launchpad also undergo thorough screening. However, investment in the project follows the member's individual choice without going through the DAO decision-making process. K STADIUM members can freely request project token allocation within their current assets (KSTA) during the pre-sale period, and will receive tokens equal to the allocated amount after the pre-sale period ends. The faster you invest in the early stages, the more likely you are to acquire tokens at a discount.

#### **Atheneswap listing**

Tokens of projects provided by Launchpad will be listed on Atheneswap after the end of the pre-sale period. After listing, project tokens can be exchanged for other tokens within the Ground Chain, and depending on the likelihood of the project's success, additional purchase demand may arise and the token price may rise. You can also earn swap fees by providing initial liquidity with allocated tokens, and earn more profits by staking LP tokens.

Launchpad can be launched through the K STADIUM app.
